At CH Premier Jewelers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every luxury purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our client services team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranty cards, and protective packaging included to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit back to our boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
